  • What is your exchange or return policy? Do you make refunds?
    Items received may be exchanged or returned if you don’t like them. Just let us know within a week of receiving the item. Shipping charges will apply.
  • Do you take customised orders ?
    We specialise in solid wood and locally sourced wood. If we like the design we will make it, if not the world is full of furniture makers I’m sure you will find some to realise your dream.
  • Do you paint the furniture a different color?
    Yes, we can customise the finish on the furniture. However, we believe in preserving the natural color of the wood.
  • Do you deliver all over Pakistan ?
    We deliver to all major cities, delivery to smaller cities may cost a bit more.
  • Do you ship internationally ?
    Yes, shipping charges apply, we ship to your port than you needs to contact a local clearing agent to get it cleared from port.
  • What are your delivery charges?
    Karachi - 3,500 PKR for most orders, 1,000 PKR for small items, additional charges for Malir, and Bharia town may apply. Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta, Peshawar - 4,000 to 7,000 for most orders. 1500PKR for small items All other locations will be subject to delivery charges
  • Incase of damage, what is the return policy?
    Any damages during shipping will be repaired, or item will be exchanged. All products are covered with a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects, and workmanship defects. During this period Hunr Furniture will repair or replace the defective component if found to be the fault of workmanship or material. Fabrics, leather, or leatherettes are not covered under warranty. Solid wood over its life will develop checks which are minor cracks that naturally form within the wood as it experiences changes in climate. This does not affect the structure of the furniture and is acceptable over time. Any modifications to furniture will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover damages due to use beyond products intention.
